    ଡାଇନୋସରର ପୄଥିବୀ ନିକୁଞ୍ଜ ବିହାରୀ ସାହୁ          ନିୟୁତ  ନିୟୁତ ବର୍ଷ ତଳର କଥା : ଜନମାନବ ଶୂନ୍ୟ ଆଦିମ ପୄଥିବୀଟା ଥିଲା ନୀରବ ଓ ନିଷ୍ପନ୍ଦ I   ଆଗ୍ନେୟଗିରିଗୁଡିକ ଅଗ୍ନି ଉଦଗୀରଣ କରି ଦିଗବଳୟକୁ ଧୂମାୟିତ କରୁଥିଲେ I ଉଲକାମାନେ ଆକାଶରେ ଦୂରନ୍ତ ଛୁଟି ଯାଉଥିଲେ ଓ ବିଶାଳ ଭୂଖଣ୍ଡଗୁଡିକର ସଂଘର୍ଷ ଘଟି ଦେଶ ମହାଦେଶମାନ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେଉଥିଲା I  ସେତେବେଳେ ଆମର ପୃଥିବୀଟା ଶିଶୁ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ଥିଲା I       ପ୍ରକୃତିର ଏହି ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ବତାବରଣ ମଧ୍ୟରେ  ତେଣେ କିନ୍ତୁ ସମୁଦ୍ର ମହାସମୁଦ୍ରର  ତରଳ ଜଳରାଶିରେ କେତେକ ଜୈବିକ ଅଣୁ ପରସ୍ପର ସହିତ ସଂଯୋଜିତ ହୋଇ  ଜୀବନସତ୍ତାର  ସଙ୍କେତ ଦେଲେ I ଏହିପରି ଭାବରେ ପ୍ରଥମେ ଜଳଭାଗରେ ଜୀବନର ସୂତ୍ରପାତ ହେଲା I ସମୟର ପ୍ରବାହରେ , ଜୀବନ ସ୍ଥଳଭାଗକୁ ସଂପ୍ରସାରିତ ହେଲା I ଘଟଣାକ୍ରମେ କିଛି ଜଳଚର ଜୀବ ନିଜର ଚିରାଚରିତ ତରଳ ଜଳରଶିର ପରିସୀମା ତ୍ୟାଗକରି ସ୍ଥଳଭାଗର କଠିନ ଓ ଗ୍ୟାସର ଦୁନିଆକୁ ଆଦରି ନେଇ ବଂଶବୃଦ୍ଧି ଓ ବିସ୍ତାର ଆରମ୍ଭ କଲେ I ସେଥି ମଧ୍ୟରୁ କେତେକ ଛାତିରେ ଭରା ଦେଇ ଚଳପ୍ରଚଳ କରୁଥିଲେ I ସେହିମାନେ ହିଁ ଥିଲେ ସରୀସୃପ I   ବିବର୍ତ୍ତନନର ପ୍ରବାହରେ ଏହି ଅଜ୍ଞାତ ଅନାମଧେୟ ସରୀସୃପମାନେ  ବଦଳି ଏବକାର ବହୁଚର୍ଚ୍ଚିତ  ଡାଇନୋସରର ରୂପ ନେଲେ I          ଡାଇନୋସରମାନେ ଆଜିଠାରୁ ପ୍ରାୟ 300 ରୁ 200 ନିୟୁତ ବର୍ଷ ପୂର୍ବେ  ଆବିର୍ଭୁତ ହୋଇ ପୄଥିବୀପୃଷ୍ଠରେ

                                                              AIR POLLUTION IN DELHI         Nikunja BIhari Sahu                   There has been apparently no relief from the poor quality of air in the national capital of Delhi despite Government’s best efforts to contain the menace by putting various provisions in place under the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) . The capital city is already under Stage 2 curb of GRAP that calls for various enforcement measures at construction and demolition sites as well as restriction on operations of DG sets to prevent the emission of fine particles of dusts and smokes.  With the Air quality Index (AQI) reaching 400 mark on the Republic Day coming under the ‘Severe’ category level, stricter curbs under Stage 3 of GRAP action plan might be invoked.
